How can I do this activity? Steps

Steps:

Previous Investigation (15 minutes):

Research online about what a SWOT analysis is and how it is applied in the field of entrepreneurship. Understanding the process will help you carry out your own analysis more effectively.

Preparation (5 minutes):

Gather paper and pens, or open a notes app on your digital device to take notes during the activity.

Self-Assessment (20 minutes):

Reflect on your own strengths and weaknesses in relation to entrepreneurship. Think about your skills, interests, and past experiences. What are your strengths? What areas need improvement?

Analysis of the Environment (20 minutes):

Identify the opportunities and threats you perceive in your environment in relation to entrepreneurship. Consider factors such as the local economy, market trends, and unmet needs. What opportunities can you seize? What obstacles might you face?

Use your notes to complete a SWOT analysis. Divide a sheet of paper into four sections: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, and write your observations in each quadrant.

Reflection and Planning (15 minutes):

Reflect on the conclusions of your analysis and set specific goals and actions you can take to leverage your strengths and opportunities, as well as to address your weaknesses and threats. Ask yourself: How can I use this information to advance my entrepreneurial projects?
